I gave Larry a call several weeks ago to cut my hedges and a large bush. They were restricting my view when pulling out of my drive way and blow my leaves to the curb. I really want to thank him for taking my small job. He is a very busy man this time of year, and I appreciate his service to my yard. He is very customer service oriented. I hope to use his lawn services in the future. He has very efficient men working for him and like to thank them also.

Put holes in siding and bent down spout

Great, came out next day provided estimate, accepted the estimate and was out the next day to do the work, done in about 2 hours or so, cleaned up and gone. Ready for the new privacy fence now.

They were timely, communicative, and did a great job!

I heard right back from my inquiry and within two days the job was complete. The man who came out could not have been nicer, more respectful or more thorough. He was at our house for TWO hours. I was very pleased.

The aeration seemed to be good. I called him and asked questions because I couldn't tell if it was seeded or not. He said that he did what was purchased and that was it. He was kind. I did not know if they were supposed to call before they came. I just heard a noise and I didn't know where it was coming from but I understood it when I saw him on my lawn. He was prompt. We didn't wait too long before he came to perform the service. They should notify the customer when they're coming out. The price was good.

Although it took us a bit of time to make contact, Larry of Luxury Lawn has given me a fair deal on weekly lawn care.  I wasn't sure, since it was so late in the season, if he could add me to the route, but he has and his crew is doing great work!  I am really quite pleased!
Larry also gave me a good idea of what his interpretation of spring clean-up entails so I can be prepared next  year. I had used a different company this past spring and didn't know I wasn't getting what I paid for in the process.  Luxury Lawn will be the company I call next spring.
I definitely plan to use Luxury Lawn in the future and will recommend them to others. 

Larry the owner has been very nice and professional. Even though I am not a high dollar client he treats me like one. They came by and performed clean-up and now do monthly maintenance. I was changed $400 for clean-up and now they perform maintenance for $100 a month. My yard is not very big, however it was a mess to clean-up. They had to dig-up a yucca and a tree; plus they had to shovel all the leaves and dead branches because my previous service stopped showing up.

I asked the owner to have his guys trim my bushes along my driveway and in my back yard. Apparently, he has trouble communicating this to his guys. He just tells them trim the bushes. Now they have cut the bushes in my front yard in the front of my house TWICE and they look  AWFUL! I don't know why this is such a problem. Communication between him and his
guys TERRIBLE! I'M NOT HAPPY!

I have no doubt he didn't see the end of contract coming as it took him 6 months to finally communicate with his guys which bushes to cut. I am not exaggerating. I was surprised to see a man cutting man cutting the correct bushes when I came home but it was to late. I had already gone with another service. But before this incident the service was spot on. I don't really understand why this was such a problem for him. He says he communicates with his guys; well I saw the instructions he gave his men, all it said was trim bushes. Considering, that they were only contracted for maintenance on the front lawn the men naturally assumed trim the front bushes. HE NEVER TOLD THEM ALONG THE DRIVEWAY OR THE BACK! When I constantly spoke to him about this he assured me he would correct but never did. Until, I was furious and had a very loud conversation with him. By then for me it was to late. Six months to trim bushes. Come on! All you had to do, is tell them which bushes.

Anyway, up until the bushes the service was excellent.

I have been with them since 2004 and I am very happy with their work!

Even though they were already booked up for the snow removal season, they called me back within minutes to let me know. It is a courtesy often overlooked by service providers! Thank you for not leaving me hanging.
