They really did the job very quickly and it looked really nice. The carpeting is about 20 years old, at least and it really looked good when they were done with it. The workers were very nice and very professional. I think this was the first time we used them and I’m glad we did."

Although that means the carpet is wet a little longer than others, it is worth it as shampooing seems to do a little better. My basement carpet looked like it needed to be replaced due to the grime.
