The first time they came they decided what they were doing was not working. Came back with a sample of stripper, which worked great, so we rescheduled and the floors now look great..

He was punctual, and started by pretreating the areas. He was meticulous and was not in a great hurry like some of the large commercial companies I have used. The carpets dried very quickly, too. I have had other companies that left soggy carpets that took days to dry. I like supporting small family businesses, and this company provided excellent service.

Great! I had previously had the rug cleaned after my two cats had soiled it but the odor was still present. ProCare let me bring the rug to their shop and he cleaned it several times until the odor was completely gone. It has been five months since he cleaned it and the odor has never returned.

These are really "pro"fessionals. The 12 year old Berber carpet was bright, clean, and smelled beautiful!
As promised technicians arrived within projected window of service. I received a call to let me know they were on the way and arrived in a timely manner.  The technicians walked through the home to determine their work plan.  I was provided the price prior to any work began. The price was very reasonable. They immediately went to work. They are thorough, work quickly and it is obvious they are professionals! I am very pleased and recommend them highly.

Very easy to schedule - just called them and set it up about 2 days before I wanted the service performed. Technician on time and courteous. Quickly cleaned out the dryer vent from both the interior and exterior of the house. Reattached vent to dryer inside the house and returned everything to the way it was. Quick and easy.

The technician arrived on time, was courteous and pleasant. He took great care with the furniture and worked efficiently cleaning the carpet. He also cleaned the dryer vent. I was able to add stain guard service to the package with no problem at all. I would definitely use ProCare again! He even cleaned my small entry carpet at no extra charge.

ProCare called me in advance the day before and the morning of the scheduled service. The tech called before his prompt arrival. I explained the problem with the carpet. It is a dense frieze shag in a highly used room that has seen a number of dogs in the past 6 years. My 70 pound Samoyed is a sloppy drinker and likes mud, and the carpet had a musty smell that was making me crazy! I knew the cleaning would have its limitations, but it turned out well. I had previously used another large local company in the past, on a similar wet and high humidity day - 92%. Procare left the carpet a lot drier than the other company. ProCare also used a urine rinse and deodorized which left no smell. The other company just perfumed it to the point of nausea. The tech, Chase, was very professional and neat. I am very pleased with the service and will have ProCare clean the rest of the house when I go to list it for sale.
