"Edit: the paint has been failing since the second day. They supposedly came out and fixed it. Told us that it was because the paint hadn’t cured. It’s been over two weeks and the paint has started to fail again. I sent them photos and told them that the paint was chipping again and I would like someone to come and repair it since they have such an “industry leading” five year warranty, and they did exactly what I thought they would do. Make excuses, like they have from the beginning. They said oh, it looks like it’s from this or this. Stay away from this company. The paint is failing because of improper prep work. They are terrible to deal with. The original work was sup par. It was rushed and sloppy and chipping after one day. We contacted them and spoke to management, and received nothing but snark. They went on about their many five star reviews, and then got bizarre, and said, “from the beginning your lack of curiosity was a disappointment to me.” And I’m not kidding. How I will continue to go on being a disappointment to this person I do not know. They had to come back and remove half the cabinets. So we went another week with half our drawers and doors gone. Did they offer any compensation for the inconvenience, and sup par work of the first job? No, they offered compensation to remove a one star review. This company is a joke, and a scam. Your better off going with someone who specializes in cabinets. That’s what we should have done. Just check out the photos from the amazing job they did."
