Mark is a great guy and a man of honor. Every agreement he made with me was kept - to a "T"!! I was so pleased, that I provided a fabulous lunch and "snack" after job completion - replete with "refreshments". I would HIGHLY recommend Mark and his team for any roofing, or construction project. Finally, I when I have saved up enough, plan to get Atlas Contractors, to build a shed, deck, and patio for us.

Gutter prices are too high. I had them installed and the gutters leaked initially. Had to have someone come out and put in a new drip edge to fix it. The gutters still overflow during heavy rain. Not impressed at all especially when I heard they use third party contractors to do the gutter installations.

They were courteous and mindful that it was a home they were working on. They cleaned up their mess every day before leaving. The owner of the company was out on day one of the project and made sure we had his contact information in case any problems came up. James Green from Ohio Exteriors came over to develop an estimate and was easy to work with. The estimate from Ohio Exteriors was very reasonable and given their track record of satisfied customers we decided that they were the best choice. Ohio Exteriors stayed in touch with us while we waited for the materials and for an opening in their schedule. When the work started, the crew were professional and courteous, answering any questions we had. Some additional necessary work was discovered, and the process of adding that to the contract was smooth and reasonable. There was also a minor misunderstanding about the scope of the work, and this was resolved to our complete satisfaction. The finished work looks great, and we are so glad we went with Ohio Exteriors. Integrity Roof Services, Inc.Excellent! Shane came over to inspect the roof and a leak above the garage. He was able to detect the source of the leak and it really boiled down to the roof needing to be replaced in the next year or so. We opted to replace the roof, replace one gutter, and install leaf guards on all of the gutters. We were able to get the choice of shingles we wanted. Shane was knowledgeable and responsive. We had one delay because of rain but the roofing crew came out two days later and did the whole roof in one day! Those guys were hard workers and they did a terrific job minimizing the impact on flower beds, etc. They also did a great job cleaning up afterwards - I have yet to find a single nail in the grass or flower beds around the house. The gutter crew came out soon after - between rain showers - and completed the gutter work quickly and well. All in all the project went seamlessly and we are very pleased. Window Nation IncSales rep was very friendly, and knew the product well. Estimated time of install was met, and Installers were prompt, professional, and clearly took pride in their work. Windows themselves are a huge upgrade. They are well manufactured, and definitely a quality product. The only issue we are experiencing is with the screens. One window was shipped with no screen, and 2 others were slightly damaged.
