I started painting professionally in 1972 and my son, Zach Rinehart, started painting in 1992.The two of us joined forces and created a partnership as Rinehart Decorating LLC in 2001. We do not use subcontractors. We take pride in our work & strive to do a quality job that leaves the job neat and cleaned to the satisfaction of our customers who we have come to respect as family. "Amazing work. Zach and team came almost every day, and left the worksite tidy and clean. Zach suggested we just replace some of the baseboard which the previous owners dog had chewed up,, and that we add some crown molding in a couple rooms. Before they started work, the walls weren't tore up or noticeably damaged , so I thought...but they took a little extra effort and the walls started looking as smooth as glass. By the time they were done our house looked not just painted but really like it was a brand new and much more expensive house. These are skilled painters that do fine work. Much different than any other painting job I've had done."

"So far so good. Painters have arrived today and we did a walkthrough. They are painting all the trim, downspouts, soffits, everything that's white. Painters are also supposed to replace a couple of wood panels over the garage door and the trim, along with a corner piece of trim in the back of the house. I will update my review after they are finished. Painting being done in Reynoldsburg, Ohio. After only receiving one coat of paint when I was told my paint job would be two coats of paint, they tell me that they applied two coats of paint on the same day. I know as well as anybody else knows you have to wait for paint to dry at least 24 hours before applying the second coat. The owner told me it only needs to drive 4 hours before applying the second coat. I explained to him that there were many areas of the house they didn't start on until 5:00 in the evening and they were packing everything up at 8:00. I got charged for two coats of paint. Every other painter told me in their estimate you need to wait 24 hours to put the second coat on and it would take at least two days to do your house. Those other painters were charging more, now I see why custom paint jobs charges a cheaper price because they claim to put two coats on and only do one. I only gave you one star because I can't give zero. I feel I'm getting ripped off for one coat of paint and I am not happy."

Owner Scott came out, took measurements, made recommendations on getting some necessary plaster work done and sent me an estimate on our project later that day. Once the work started, the painters from Integrity arrived at 9 AM or earlier every day of the job, The work space was always neat and orderly, we received a text or phone call on any days we were not onsite.
