"I got a call in response to my ad for a roof inspection. We discussed the details of what was needed. They said sure, they would be there at 12.30pm and we agreed on a price. I sent a follow up email outlining the details of what was required as well so we were all on the same page. At 2pm, no one has showed up still. I called, no answer. Emailed, no answer. Texted and get a response, "sorry we can't do the work". Incredibly frustrating, and no communication after committing to the work. All it takes is a simple call rather than leaving people waiting and wasting their time."

"Travis was extremely knowledgeable and helped us with the process of redoing our roof. I am leaving this review about a year after the original install. This weekend we had a small leak due to something outside of Travis’ control. He showed up to our house on a Sunday, got up on our roof and took pictures and explained exactly what happened. He fixed the issue and told us to call him immediately if we noticed any other problems. Travis stands behind his work and I was so impressed he came out so quickly to help us. I highly recommend him."
