He installed a new screen door, replaced my tub stem and faucet, repaired my subfloor in the kitchen and installed brand new LVP flooring to replace old and water damaged flooring. "I had 60 ft. of old vinyl gutter removed and replaced with new 5" gutter, gutter guard and downspouts. Another 150 ft. of existing gutter was sloped to drain and fitted with new gutter guard.
