The work was performed quickly, but they did have to come back and fix the drainage issue, as they had set the drain as one of the high spots in the basement, not the lowest. So, while it works, it looks odd and I’ve got a drainage tube in a weird spot."

No. Kyle is extremely unprofessional and certainly not trustworthy. His excuse now after letting time run out with the BBB is that we wouldnâ t pay in full if it wasnâ t correct. We were scammed by this complany. He now acts like and actually said we are trying to swindle money from him. That couldnâ t be further from the truth. All weâ ve asked is for him to do what he says. Itâ s a shame that people and companies like this exist. His attitude on the job site is beyond rude and unprofessional.
