This guy Philip wants to threaten you like a two-year-old if he does not get his way if you would have done the job correctly he would not have had a problem of getting any more money the insurance obviously will not give him any more money because he wants to do the work without pulling permits and that is a big No-No for a contractor should know better also now he wants to verbally threaten the family because of his conduct on the job and threaten them for more money even though it is his fault he can not prove where the 32,000 went to them to get any more money but now the house is not getting finished because this guy Philip wants to work without pulling permits I do not know how he has good reviews people must be putting these reviews and for him he must be paying people too when you see this guy he will promise you the world and do very little he also cannot fight the insurance or afraid of them and I do not understand why if you do everything correct he would have got paid the whole entire amount to finish the house people really need us to think twice before hiring this company and not hire him because of his reviews like we did
