"We are very satisfied with the work that Mid-Valley Chimney Repair & Sweeps performed on our chimney during the week of July 23-27, 2018. Matt (T) and Billy set up, cleaned chimney and removed old mortar. Matt did an outstanding job with the re tuck point and cement crown . We commend him on his attention to detail. Howard and Seth cleaned chimney and applied sealer. They also removed scaffolding and cleaned surrounding areas. Seth took the time to remove debris from plants in front of chimney. All members of the team were professional and answered all of our questions. They were very personable and it was a pleasure to do business with everyone beginning with Matthew Simpson who did the initial inspection and gave us the estimate. We highly recommend this company and plan to call on them again."

"Another contractor made a major error on our home and accidentally tore down a chimney. We found Justin and Luckey Masonry and they saved us from a potentially disastrous situation. Justin was very responsive to calls, came out to our home to inspect the damage and even cleared his schedule to prioritize our work because we had a tarp on our roof. Justin and his crew tore down our old chimney and built a new one over the course of two weeks. They took great care to explain the work to us every step of the way, and made sure the new structure was up to code. His team was incredibly courteous, clean, and did incredible work. Justin and his crew have an incredible attention to detail and made sure the area was cleaned and looking great before they left. While the original situation was less than ideal thanks to another contractor's error, Justin and his team made it a pleasant experience. "They came out to deal with squirrels going in and out of my chimney. They discovered that the squirrels were getting in because the chimney had been damaged, providing the squirrel's with access. The problem had obviously been going on for a while. Cleaning out the bottom of the chimney as part of the inspection, we removed two five gallon buckets of sticks and leaves. They gave me a written quote describing the work and corrected my issues within the week. Work was well done, and they cleaned up perfectly. Highly recommended!"

"They repaired my chimney crown in 2016 and they gave me a 10 year warranty on the work. Recently I found that some of the waterproofing sealent had weather damage. I called and Mr Moseley came to inspect the damage. He returned as soon as weather permitting and did the repairs to the crown sealant. Fast, friendly and reliable company. "The company replaced my spark arrestor, on the chimney, in March 2026. In September, during heavy rains my chimney started leaking. I call Shamrock and they set up an appointment for September 23. The called and canceled that appointment and rescheduled for September 30. They canceled that appointment and rescheduled for today October 8th, 1-4 pm and never showed up. Very poor customer service"
