"We are very satisfied with the work that Mid-Valley Chimney Repair & Sweeps performed on our chimney during the week of July 23-27, 2018. Matt (T) and Billy set up, cleaned chimney and removed old mortar. Matt did an outstanding job with the re tuck point and cement crown . We commend him on his attention to detail. Howard and Seth cleaned chimney and applied sealer. They also removed scaffolding and cleaned surrounding areas. Seth took the time to remove debris from plants in front of chimney. All members of the team were professional and answered all of our questions. They were very personable and it was a pleasure to do business with everyone beginning with Matthew Simpson who did the initial inspection and gave us the estimate. We highly recommend this company and plan to call on them again."

"I hired them to sweep the chimneys for my fireplace and woodburning stove. A tech arrived on time and was pleasant. However he admitted he was new to the company and industry and after looking at the fireplace and woodburning stove informed me that he was not familiar with the two systems and could not do the work. He took pictures and told me his boss- the company owner- would call me the following week to set a time for a more experienced person to do the work. They never called. I called twice and left messages that were not returned. I appreciate the fact the tech did not try and do the job he was not comfortable with and mess something up. However very disappointed they did not call back or at least return my calls. I guess they were not interested since it was a more challenging job."

"Another contractor made a major error on our home and accidentally tore down a chimney. We found Justin and Luckey Masonry and they saved us from a potentially disastrous situation. Justin was very responsive to calls, came out to our home to inspect the damage and even cleared his schedule to prioritize our work because we had a tarp on our roof. Justin and his crew tore down our old chimney and built a new one over the course of two weeks. They took great care to explain the work to us every step of the way, and made sure the new structure was up to code. His team was incredibly courteous, clean, and did incredible work. Justin and his crew have an incredible attention to detail and made sure the area was cleaned and looking great before they left. While the original situation was less than ideal thanks to another contractor's error, Justin and his team made it a pleasant experience.
