It went very well - very easily for me.  The workmen were on time, made no mess even when they had to haul the old material outside.  As I recall it took less than a day and they cleaned up the area.

My regret is that I did no research or comparison shopping although I had been considering the  furnace replacement for several years and had discussed alternatives and experiences with several of my friends.

I also did not consider the more expensive alternatives of very new environmentally helpful systems which I probably should have.
