He was not the pushy sales guy but explained our options and let us decide on which system we preferred in our new home. We decided to purchase a whole home water softener/purification system. I was out of town during the installation, and my wife was there for the installation of the system which was done during our move in week. She did not remember all the details of the system after installation due to all the chaos related to moving.
