"Adrian was so very helpful explaining the options and nuances of a water softener system and whole home softener/purification system. He was not the pushy sales guy but explained our options and let us decide on which system we preferred in our new home. We decided to purchase a whole home water softener/purification system. I was out of town during the installation, and my wife was there for the installation of the system which was done during our move in week. She did not remember all the details of the system after installation due to all the chaos related to moving. Approximately six weeks after the system was installed, I called Adrian and asked if he could come back to our home and give me a tutorial of the system operation and its equipment since this was our first time owning this type of system. Adrian scheduled a follow-up visit the very next day and came to our home to explain the system, it's components and how it operates. I highly recommend this company."

"Andrew did a fantastic job finding the source of my wet basement. We thought it was a faulty water heater initially based on location of water. However, after inspecting the water heater, he discovered the water softener discharge lines came loose and where spraying water during recharge. After fixing the lines, Andrew went over water heater maintenance and answered all my questions. I will definitely use Eco Plumbing in the future and ask for Andrew. Eco is a fair and honest company! Thank you!!!"
