"They did a great job installing French drains and sump pump in our basement. Great communication! They changed work plan to cater to our needs and got it done in one day, staying until it was finished. Very reasonably priced!! Highly recommend!!"

"I had a pretty bad flood in my basement after the heavy storms that came through back in June. I realized that my sump pump was the reason so I needed to replace it. I wanted something with more horsepower and after doing some research, I decided an ejector pump would work best for my home. Tyler was very friendly and understanding of my situation. He told me about some options, gave me the literature and a fair price for what I wanted. He and his team were very professional and attentive and definitely knowledgeable about the equipment and installation process. I was a little apprehensive about going with a company that’s just starting out, but Tyler gave me a good feeling about their company and products. I’m very happy with the installation and the service I received. I wouldn’t hesitate to contact them again (although I hope I never have to) for any future needs. We have multiple rental properties, so I would call him first if I ever need service at any of them. A+++"

"Great! Tech was timely, helpful and explained the work done. Helped with checking to make sure the installation was done properly. Cost is based on yearly contract ($180 total, included 1 AC and furnace check up, priority over non-members, etc.)"

"Services were solid but prices are ridiculous with this company. It was a $20 part that took less than 30 minutes to install. They charged me $337.00. I should have researched before agreeing to the service. Way better values out there in NE Ohio."

"Expert installation, works great. Knows his trade well."

"Tri-County Electric Services was able to send a plumber out the next day to provide estimates for a few projects in my home. Chris M. arrived at my home and was professional, knowledgable, straight forward, and friendly. He quoted me fair prices to install a new toilet and new kitchen faucet, both of which I had previously purchased independently and had at home ready to install. I was very happy that he was able to complete the installs that day. He also fixed a minor leak below a bathroom sink. All around a great experience! I will definitely hire them again for future plumbing needs. Chris explained that the company recently added a plumbing division to complement their electric services. Thank you for a job well done!"

"Tony and his assistant changed out the pipes running from our kitchen sink to the main outflow pipe in the basement, a run of about 35 feet. It was a dirty job, but they were conscientious about getting it done quickly, professionally, and without getting that horrible sewage sludge on things. All new pipes, with better angles and an additional clean out access point for future snaking when necessary. I'll call him again for other jobs."

"Yousef dakhil, Christian birch and Kalen Stewart did a great job with waterproofing and installing my sump pump courteous, neat and great clean up after completing the job they walked me through every step of the installation and showed me how to operate the sump pump thanks guys you represented your company well"

"Greg was the consumate professional and I would recommend his services to anyone. He addressed a malfunctioning steam humidifier and during the process discovered a faulty part . The part was covered by warranty and Greg reached out to Aprilaire and made arrangements to order the part and come back and install it in a timely manner. I could not ask for anything more. Thanks so much..."
