"They did a great job. There was a slight smell of gas in my basement so I wanted to get it fixed to be safe. I called a company and they said my gas control valve was broke and told me it would cost me $700-800 to replace and the gas leak would be fixed. "Adam is fantastic to work with, very professional and responsive. He is upfront as far as cost, time line, and repairs that are necessary. The plumbing and drywall work that was done looks very professional and it was nice to have one company with so much knowledge of multiple trades. If there are multiple people working, you will have to pay for both at the hourly rate... This is standard across every industry for Time and Materials work. Having more people will cut down on the time to complete the job, but it is the same man-hours so you are not paying more money for the same amount of work.
