"I have been very happy with them.  They are very good.  

They clean everything and make sure everything is working right.  They are very efficient.  I have been very pleased with them.  I had them for twenty years, so I guess I am satisfied.  They have had a few mis-steps maybe 8-10 years ago when our heat went off and they sent someone out quickly but I think the guy was not able to come in the evening.  I informed them about it.  But that was one instance that did not work and I won’t hold them against them.  

Sometimes it takes them long to send people out here and it says in my contract that if it is an emergency, they have to send someone out quickly.  But they have always been punctual with appointments.  "
