The drain pipe out of the house to the road was broken and leaking, legacy systems showed up and replaced the bad section of pipe and made it look like they were never there. They did a great job and made a flawless repair in a timely fashion and got my drain back in order in a few hours. Received confirmation that technician benard would be coming to my home for a water heater estimate. Once technician arrived he was at the front door with shoe covers. He explained the rust spots on.my heater were normal for a water heater of my age (11 years old.) I asked if there were better quality tanks and longer warranty. He explained the location of my current tank would be a great install for a tankless water heater unit. He explained the efficiency and the rebates to save me money. After doing my own research I called him back for an install. He arrived 2 days later with the parts and the unit. Before unboxing the unit he explained how it operates and the importance of yearly flushes and explained why I needed a flush kit! After 6 hours of him drilling holes and running pipe my install hot water unit was on and running. He sprayed and tested for gas leaks and water leaks! Very impressed with such a great unit and savings! Would recommend this plumber for future work!
