Fazio plumbing tech arrived during the time window they gave me. Polite, efficient. Snaked the clogged drain which was causing the dishwasher to back up into the sink and leak. He took extra time to make sure water ran through both my dishwasher and the sink to ensure the issue wouldn’t return after he left. Cleaned everything up.

Tech they sent was not a "people person". Left water running down my stairs. Owner called me an (expletive) piece of garbage. Stay far, far away. Unprofessional.

No show, multipole rescheduled, same as others have already stated. Useless to repeat. Just a waste of time via HSA

So it looks like in the reviews after 2020 everything is 1 star so disregard the 4 + stars overall because that is not this company any more. Slow drain in basement floor causing water to backup in my basement. It was also to slow to do laundry. I contacted my home warranty company HSA and they chose Fazios to do the repair. Fazios came out and the person they sent seemed very put out to be there. I told them the issue was in the basement drain and the proceeded to only snake at the cleanouts in our front yard. The plumber then informed me that there was standing water in my storm drain and that it would be on the city to repair this since it was between the cleanout and the street. Okay fine so I called the city to come check it out which they said everything was fine on there side and showed me that the pipe with "standing" water is how that is intended to work. Which it is so the plumber was incorrect and now we had to go back through our home warranty company to have someone fix this again. We then find out that Fazios said they did a bunch of free work which they never said anything about when they were there. They also refused to come back out when the warranty company issued a recall. Can't say anything positive about my experience with Fazios. Can confirm they do not answer the phone in the numerous times I tried. -1/5 stars Wouldn't use or recommend to anyone.

NEGATIVE STARTS... slow reply time, shoddy work, online scheduling that doesn't work, avoid them at all cost.

Very unprofessional. They came out on the wrong day at the wrong time and were mad at me that no one was here to meet them. I had a neighbor go there to let them in. It’s now been 3 weeks since they came out to my house. I have a leak in my kitchen and one in my bathroom. They said they had to order parts and would schedule when to come back for the repairs. I have not heard from them or been able to get them to answer the phone since. Their voicemail is full and won’t respond to emails. This is through my warranty company so I have also been in contact with them and they cannot get hold of them either. I finally requested a new service provider. Unbelievable

If I could give a negative star review I would. Joe is the rudest person I have ever encountered. He was assigned my job through American Home Shield. They never contacted me to schedule the appointment they just made one. Had to reschedule 3 times because they scheduled not at times I selected. When he finally arrived I asked why they didn't call and he said "we don't have time to call people". I advised I was trying to explain the issue before they got here and called multiple times. He then yelled at me said he wasn't going to do anything for me and you customers are always like this while storming out and driving away!

after calling my warranty company to have another vendor come fix FAZIOs work, They told me that fazios work was not up to code and i could not sell my house the way they left it. And he would not touch it because he is certified and he could lose his license. So DO NOT HIRE fazios because they do not complete the job they are hired to do.

Stay FAR away from Fazio Sewer and Plumbing. They are rude, incompetent and unresponsive. I should have trusted all the other terrible reviews. Fazio Sewer and Plumbing was the contractor assigned to us by American Home Shield to fix a stopped toilet and bathtub. The guy from Fazio decided to try snaking through the bathroom sink, though that was not part of the problem, and got his snake stuck. He cut off the snake and simply drove off, leaving his broken snake in our sink. Not only did he not even address the toilet and bathtub issue that he was called down for, he broke our sink, leaving us with much bigger problems. We spoke to a few plumbers since who all agreed that the guy from fazio was quite incompetent and caused us hundreds of dollars in damages. Fazio hasn't responded to our calls and messages for over a week, and we are probably looking at major work needing to break through walls and floors to get their snake out.

If I could give 0 stars I would! This idiot has no business servicing people. He cannot handle stress or do his job well. I was assigned this vendor through a insurance company claim, I called 3 times. First time I called there was a very lengthy message stating there was a way to schedule an appointment online. I called back to listen to listen again to hear if there was a website or something, but still wasn’t clear. I called a third time and asked my husband to listen to see if I was missing something and this idiot picked up the phone and hung up. I called back again because someone actually answered and maybe the call got disconnected. He answered screaming why are you calling my phone back to back like a f****** child. Wow! What an unprofessional jerk! He won’t step foot in my home! He doesn’t deserve your business- go to A1 plumbing or AAA pipe cleaning-they are awesome, nice, professional and are not cheapskate that cut corners and actually have assistants that answers calls.

Service was horrible. They were contracted by my home warranty company twice for the same complaint. Ironically, i got the same person twice and on both occasions he told me something different. Additionally, he lied about his diagnosis to me and wrote up something completely different for the warranty company. He never gave me a copy of the work order and when i tried to call and discuss this with the company they failed to return my call. In addition the gentlemen came to my house with his pants hanging down and i could see his red underwear. He failed to do a thorough inspection and never even went upstairs to the bathroom where the suspected leak was coming from. Whomever this gentleman is needs to be retrained, fired or stripped of his license. If your home warranty company is sending them for something more than a minor leak refuse them and request someone else because now i have to pay someone else to do the work that they failed to do.

Absolute worst plumbing service we have dealt with. Fazio's was dispatched by our home warranty company. We had opened a claim back in May. They came out and said they couldn't work on it and that we need to remove the floor, toilet, and vanity. We sent numerous texts to see to what extent we needed to have done. We had to play a one sided game of phone tag. It still has not been completed. This company truly enjoys leaving their customers in the dark. We finally had them out again yesterday 9/9/20 and the plumber opened up our sewage line and never capped it or closed it. They also disconnected our washers drain pipes and never let us know. They left my house before 4 O'Clock and never truly gave us a solid idea of when they would return to complete the job. It is now 3:16pm and after numerous phone calls to them and no answer. We reached out to our warranty company this afternoon. Fazio's / Gahan the dispatcher/ owner possibly actually told them they could not do anymore more work with out another ticket. Needless to say the home warranty had to file a claim within their company's relations team because leaving the sewage open is a health hazard. He also felt that they should still complete the job they were contracted to do. However, I have to pay for a new dispatch claim to another company and hope I am able to get my deductible back since Fazio's failed to complete the work. I have the warranty because I am a senior citizen on a fixed income. This company seems to be ran by con-men.

Never completed - used 25 foot snake (which I had done prior to calling for assistance AND Fazio knew this and could have or should have stated at that time they wouldn't be able to clear the clog - I thought most plumbers have 35-50 foot snakes, but apparently not Fazio). Pipe is nearly 50 feet long. Said they needed to install cleanout 30 feet downpipe (all but first 6 feet are fully exposed in unfinished basement space). Estimated $450 to "jet" the drain, then install cleanout (which I wondered why it would be necessary if "jetting" cleared the clog). Anyway, they're supposed to be the experts. Sent different people than the first visit. They apparently hadn't been briefed on what they were to do. They left, literally left, when I explained the situation and walked them to the basement to further discuss. They actually asked if I had an old bedsheet to protect things in the basement. I was surprised by the question as their previous plumbers who were unable to snake more than 25 feet said they'd come with a tarp and there wouldn't be any issues. 15 or so minutes after leaving, one of the two plumbers comes to the door stating they left their stuff in the basement, which I thought odd, but sure go get it. He explained they were going to Home Depot to get the items they need to complete the work. Weird. I left a couple of messages with Fazio to understand what was going on - different people than the first visit, not having what they needed, etc. Fazio (Joehan?) called me to state the scope changed - "70 foot pipe", "12 foot ceiling", "boxes and wine rack in the way", and "too many things going on" - such that the $450 estimate to do the work was now $2,400. Joehan and I had discussed when scheduling that the pipe was 50-60 feet long (at this point, I measured and it is actually less than 50 feet) and that I could and would move anything out of the way if necessary. The pipe is actually 8 foot 4.5 inches from the basement floor at the point they were to install the cleanout and, at no point in our basement are the bottom of the floor joists from the first floor any more than 8.5 feet from the basement floor. Joehan stated she was giving me a "courtesy call" to tell me of the changes, which I find to be an interesting perspective, particularly since I left several messages asking what was going on - zero communication from the 2 folks they sent to do the work. I thought they were going to their truck to get what they needed, but they just left. Then they came back to get their stuff, stating they wanted to ensure they had all they needed after shopping at Home Depot. Bottom line, a neighbor recommended a plumber. They came out a couple of days later, ran a 70 foot snake, cleared the clog, and left in less than an hour and it cost me less than $100. Responsiveness: not an F only because the work was scheduled as soon as possible (from what I was told of their schedule). Punctuality C because second set of plumbers showed up in the stated timeframe. First set showed up passed the stated 4 hour window (with no warning until after the time frame has expired). Professionalism D - would be an F if it weren't for the first two plumbers who, despite being late and not having anything longer than a 25 foot snake, where very pleasant, seemed fairly knowledgeable, and took notes about the situation and their recommendation. Not sure how things got so discombobulated afterward though.

Joe came out promptly on the date and time scheduled. He and his son dug out the old drain pipe, reset the drain line and installed a new drain pipe. They even repainted the drain cover so it looked like new. Once the job was completed, they cleaned up the area so you couldn't even tell they were there. Throughout the entire process both Joe and his son were so nice. We've used Fazio Sewer and Plumbing in the past for both new plumbing installations and for repairs. We've never been disappointed.

Great. I got a visit scheduled immediately. They were on time. Fazio's workers quickly determined what and where the problem was and that they needed bigger equipment. Another crew came and fixed the immediate problem and showed me where repairs are needed for a permanent fix and quoted me a good-sounding price for the larger job.

Mr Fazio dealt with inclement weather and imbecile officials with professionalism. Very happy with service and cost

Another company had diagnosed problem, but was unable to repair for a couple of weeks. A second company would be prompt but very expensive. Mr Fazio was very prompt visit to inspect and put together a quote . Used camera and tried to open, but was unsuccessful. He handled permit and completed in one day. Very professional. Highly recommended

Very well! Joe is very professional, yet friendly. He kept me up to date, reviewed problems & their solutions, and was very neat and clean. Joe communicated well with our city so that they are now able to remove the roots from the line within their domain on the other side of our property line.

It went great. Turned out to be a bigger job then I realized. The first crew came out on a Tuesday. They could get the small snake through, but not enough to clear it. The big snake got hung up on the bends of the drain pipes. They spent 2 or 3 hours trying to get it cleared. They needed to come out the next day to install a clean out trap and clear it from there, which was a four hour job. Everyone I dealt with was great. Very friendly and professional. I'll use them again when I have a plumbing problem. I thought the price was reasonable as well.
