"We couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. We have a small house in Romeo that was built in the late 1800s. Our basement was in bad shape. All of the beams and support poles were wood and the majority of them were either sagging or cracking. Bobby came back with a manager after we got the structural engineering report and spent over two hours with us one evening getting a plan together. Two months later, the work began on time and was completed within the 5 day time period that they had promised us. The foreman, Roger, and all of the crew were extremely professional and knowledgeable. They answered all of our questions and kept us in the loop throughout the entire process. We just had the local building inspector come out for the final walk-through and he was thoroughly impressed with the finished work. He said that whoever did the work was someone he would be happy to hire to do work at his own home. From start to finish, HomeSpec went above and beyond and I would highly recommend them to anyone!"

"So I originally had an appointment for March of 2026 because of weather and they are booked. I understand now why. Monday morning I received a call from Forman Carter S and he said looks like he can get me done before winter. I was pleased and excited to get my porch fixed. So he came out the next day he had available. That morning he called me let me know he was on the way and made sure the timing would work because I had an appointment to go to. Since he called me that Monday communication was perfect had no issue getting a hold of him. They showed up we went over what he is going to do and how it was. He also took steps make sure that the lifting foam was going mess up my basement so he ensured that the foam would stay outside. He treated my house like his own.
