Transformed my 1940s built former rental property bathroom to a sleek modern throne room. Materials and craftsmanship were top notch. Craftsmen were helpful with design choices when I was undecided.

This was a complete bathroom remodel down to the studs. I have had contractors do work in the past and Elliott and Parker left the work area spotless with minimal dust. These guys did a fantastic job. The bathroom is a complete night and difference. I would hire them again for any future projects I might have.

Positive experience from start to finish. We had 2 bathroom remodels, one complete and one partial. They turned out great and were accommodating to some minor add ons. Crew was reliable, respectful, and had good communication throughout process. Price very competitive as well.

Dependable. Trustworthy. Kind. Responsive. The team at Home Solutions took as much care with our new room as they would have if it was their own. Each person who worked on our room followed the golden rule, treating us as they would wish to be treated. From the first visit until the very last touch was put on the room, they understood what we hoped for and worked hard to make it happen. They always answered our questions, returning emails and phone calls promptly. The office staff was always friendly and helpful. We could rest assured that everything would be taken care of, and it was. The persons who built the room are true artists and craftsmen. They were polite, and so nice to work with. They meticulously cleaned up after themselves every day. Their attention to detail made our room the special place we had hoped for. We know we made the right choice with Home Solutions. We would gladly ask them to do another project for us and would highly recommend them to anyone wanting to do a renovation of their home.

Great! All work was completed in the time specified and each day all "mess" was cleaned up.

This was a $45,000 home renovation; however, the first time the new shower in the completely renovated main bathroom was used, it leaked into the kitchen because the crimping of plumbing lines was not done. The company did not repair or pay for the repairs which, by the time all was said and done, totaled about $5,000. The deck was painted a powder blue when it was supposed to be hunter/forest green. It was repainted; however, it didn't survive the winter, so we will now have to have this, and other work redone because of the shoddy, negligence of this business. Mike and McKay Phillips stopped by last summer to discuss our plans for a major addition to our home. We have been in our house for over 11 years and knew the first time we saw it that it would need a new kitchen and a first floor bath. Home Solutions listened to our needs and talked us out of a huge “great room” off the back of our house that would have overwhelmed our small backyard. They suggested a more modest addition that would check all of our boxes. Mike, Troy, and their architect worked with us throughout the holiday season to design the perfect addition for our home. When we met with Mike, he explained that when they were finished you would not be able to tell where our historic home ended and the addition began - he kept his word. They were able to build a modern addition that fits in seamlessly with our 120-year-old home. Throughout the process, Home Solutions was always there to listen to our suggestions. The team members were exceptionally personable, courteous, and conscientious and listened to our ideas – they made changes on the fly based on our feedback. They were even able to match the new trim to the existing intricate trim and molding. The high quality of work and finishes speaks to their attention to detail. We could not be happier with our decision to trust Home Solutions of MV with our project – we finally have the kitchen and bath of our dreams! We are looking forward to enjoying our “new” home for many years to come. We truly appreciate the vision, attention to detail and superior craftsmanship that their team brought to our project.

Would highly recommend Home Solutions of Maumee Valley! They were by far the best price for what we needed and did a great job! Every day they were here, they let us know what they would be doing and and made sure we agreed with everything so nothing came as a surprise.

No one ever called

Very well. I am now enjoying my new bath and shower. The person installing did a great job of cleaning and hauling away all of the debris. It was a pleasure doing business with Home Solutions. A friend referred the company to me. Now I will do the same if anyone needs renovations.

Project is outstanding! We renovated a large master bath, new plumbing, new electrical work and a completely new design. Every one involved in our project was so professional, skillful and knowledgeable. I received timely communication from the office staff and each individual working within the scope of the project. I look forward to working with Home Solutions of Maumee Valley on my next project and would highly recommend.

All remodeling companies are busy so the start date was 6 weeks later than predicted. My only complaint is they could have communicated better about the delay in the start date. Don, who did the tile work, was excellent.

This was an extensive renovation and included a new 4-season room built on top of our old deck. I initially found Home Solutions on Angie’s List. I felt right away that the owner, Mike Phillips, shared our vision for the house. He is a very creative, enthusiastic, and positive person. He was fun to work with. The Home Solutions crew is also a reason to choose this company. They were punctual, professional, personable and polite. Everyone associated with .Home Solutions is committed to providing a superior product for their customers. Our renovation is BEAUTIFUL. We got great value for our money. It took roughly 3 days. Everything went as planned. Good crew. Cleaned up well. I would recommend to a friend for bathroom remodel. We did our own painting of the bathroom walls to save on cost. They installed two grab bars that I had pre-purchased. I also installed the shower rods myself.

Very well! We had a great experience with our remodel through Home Solutions. They are very professional, personable, on time very clean during the entire process and just nice people in general. They showed up on time with a smile on their face. Happy to review what needed to be done and do a walk about if we had concerns they had solutions. We have use Home Solutions in the past and we have then scheduled to do future remodeling work for us!

Elliot did a great job. He pretty much kept the dust and debris confined to the room he was working in at the time by covering the doors with plastic. The walkways were covered with tarps and everything was cleaned up everyday and put down the next. His dry wall repair was seamless. It was a pleasure to have him work for us and he also comes highly recommended by our Jack Russell. We would definitely hire Home Solutions again.

He was very expensive....we asked for a value friendly kitchen. Basic. Wanted 26,000 for a New kitchen

After a fall down our basement stairs which caused my wife to break her ankle in two places and her foot in one, we decided to move the laundry room and and remove the tub in place of a walk-in shower. We also did a complete bathroom remodel. We could not have been more pleased with Home Solutions and their staff from the planning stage to the finished work. They were very professional in their efforts and workmanship. Our job was completed in a timely fashion. We were given a daily progress update each morning and each evening before workers left. Work was begun promptly each day as was indicated the night before and all work areas were left clean and clear of debris daily. Everyone was quite responsive to us and had several great suggestions as the projects progressed.

Went well. Had to wait awhile before work was performed, about 2 months. But when they started the job it went well.
