"NEVER EVER think of hiring this company, they did a very bad job installing our liner and 2 years later when we called them since it was getting worse They blamed on water leak, which is definitely not true, without even bothering to come and take a look at itâ ¦ we kept calling for follow up nobody answers the phone we tried emailing they answered very rudely providing us with Warranty contactâ ¦ they dropped the ballâ ¦ warranty said it is kit covered and we need to buy a new liner and pay for it and for its installation after only 3 years of getting a new oneâ ¦ we tried to reach back to ask if they can install for free at least since it is their poor installation that caused our problem they never answered ! DO NOT GET THEIR SERVICES!"

"Dave leads a crew of aggressive and rude Men that are emotionally reactive and impatient. Dave, the owner, made it clear custmer service or kindness are not a priority to him because he has lots of people needing his services. He allowed his crew to enter and search buildings on the property instead if waiting for me to contact the homeowner for the location of a pool cover. It took me ten minutes to locate the cover and present it to Dave, but Dave only wanted to insult me for informing the homeowner they have entered the buildings and searched them without asking permission. One crew member told Dave to pull my long hair and another offered to fight me. It was as intimidating and confusing. The crew of several men were allowed to insult and threaten me as Dave supervised. Dave chose to not performed the work after allowing his crew to search the property despite my instructions to wait as I contacted the home owner."
