He made sure we were happy every step of the way. The work area was cleaned up daily and even though we had a lot going on it never looked like a warzone at our house. Ryan provided us with every opportunity to ask questions. He kept us up-to-date on every aspect of the project, even making an extra effort to call me to let me know about the problem with the roof vents and staying late to meet me at the house to show me the problems in person. He ensured we were happy with the work."
