Generally, the term “rolled roofing” refers to MSR (mineral surface roll) roofing. This type of roofing is similar to asphalt shingles but comes in a roll that’s unraveled and installed over your roof deck. There are many types of rolled roofing, including TPO, EPDM, and modified bitumen roofing (aka torch down roofing).

Depending on the type of damage your roof shingles have, you may be able to simply repair them without having to replace them. However, if there are more than a few to repair, replacement is likely the easier option. You may only need to replace a few of them. Repair shingles by applying roofing sealant directly under the shingle's damage and then directly over it. 

Condensation can occur on the inside of a roof, but it should always be temporary. It does not necessarily mean there is a roof leak. Traditional underlayment isn’t effective underneath a metal roof, though, so be sure to install one specifically made for metal roofs to get the best protection.
