We are residential homeowners. Eagle Eye Roofing did a fantastic job roofing our home and barn. The crew were very polite, hard working, conscientious of the landscaping, and a pleasure to work with. The crew enjoyed lunch and drinks on us for two days and were very appreciative of this kind gesture. The foremen did an awesome job making sure everything ran smoothly. Exterior Home Project Joel (my main contact) was great during the estimate process, explaining the project and the cost. Joel and Mike were very patient and made sure I was happy with everything. They made me feel that I was an important customer and that none of my questions or concerns were out of line. I found the roofing crew was very efficient and paid attention to safety concerns at all times. Mike’s attention to detail on the siding was an added bonus. Communication was excellent as I never worried if Joel would get back to me as he always did in a timely fashion. He was also here to hammer out the details at the end of the job. The roofing and siding project went well and we are very happy with the work, very professional, and of high quality. Overall, a great experience. Storm damage removed several shingles from our roof. Eagle Eye Roofing tarped the roof while we waited for the insurance company to send out an Appraiser. With winter approaching we feared we would have to wait until spring for a new roof. Eagle Eye watched the long range weather forecast and promptly called to say weather conditions looked good so they could get stated right away. The project went extremely well. As soon. as I reached out to the company via Angie's List I immediately heard back from them and set up a time for a quote. Joel came out looked over the house and garage, shared the company's product portfolio, and in a day left me a very detailed quote. He answered any questions I had regarding the job and warranty via text or phone call immediately. After confirming the job, Joel touched based with me about setting up a day of service informing that it would be in the next 2 weeks, which took place. Called the day before to confirm and tell me what to expect. The roofers showed up and the day went as expected. The crew was professional and efficient. The project usually took one day but due to rain it took 2 days. The Forman let me know due to the weather they would wrap up early. My yard was left spotless and my incomplete roof was secure for the rain. The crew returned the next day and completed both roofs in a timely manner. I had to leave and when I returned, my house looked great and my yard was clean with no evidence of anyone ever working. I highly recommend Eagle Eye Roofing for any type of roof repair or replacement. We have received so many compliments and I absolutely have no more leaks.

I am a residential home owner who had a storm knock over a tree into our detached garage. My wife and I met with numerous contractors, with Eagle Eye and the owner Nick being the first. After each subsequent meeting, we kept coming back to Nick. His knowledge of the process, personable nature, and enthusiasm for the job led us to choose Eagle Eye, and we couldn't be happier. The work was extremely well done, the process was quick and efficient, and the clean up was incredibly thorough. Eagle Eye was able to coordinate all repairs, including roof and truss replacement, wall panel repair, and garage door replacement, with simplicity and ease. The new roof, gutter system and garage doors look fantastic-it's like an entirely new garage! We are absolutely thrilled with Eagle Eye and their work, and can't thank Nick enough. Nick the owner of Eagle Eye Roofing came to my house to give me an estimate. Nick was very professional and thorough, going over every aspect of the job and mentioned a few things I wasn’t aware of. Compared to the other estimates I had gotten, there was no comparison to Nick, he’s absolutely the BEST! the crew that did the job were awesome! Mike, the crew supervisor and his crew were great! The weather was a factor. Nick keep me informed as to the weather and when he could start the job.  When the rainy weather broke, Nick and his crew went into action.  They finished the job in three days and cleaned up the area.
 The double skylights were installed.  There was a large wood trim which had to be removed due to water damage.  Nick had a new oak trim added which looks fantastic.
Now that the new roof is installed I can work on repairing the inside of the house.

Many trucks arrived in the morning at a great time and went to work right away. I was so happy with the way they just seemed to and quot;take chargeand quot; and get things done in a very professional manner. Before we knew it, the yard around the house had tarps around to catch debris, their trucks in place to move supplies and tools back and forth from the roof, and the sounded like many men on the roof removing old shingles. I was so happy that they worked so efficiently and quickly that they roof was done in only one day even though we have much shorter days now in November. They were great with communication between us and the workers before and during the project. After they left I was very pleased with not only the look of the roof, but the quality of their work. I was so amazed how clean and perfect my yard and surrounding area, around the house was after they left. I have had experience with other contractors in the past leaving me a mess so I did a walk around just to see what I needed to clean up after them and was so happy that they left my yard so clean it was like they were never here... other than the lovely new roof and the sign out front :) Great job! We have had compliments from others as well.

They were scheduled to arrive at 8am. At 7:55 the work truck arrived and by 8:05 10 guys were swarming over my house. All were neat and professional. They did the little extras (straightening roof lines, leveling areas and painting the stacks to match the house) without question. They also renailed loose facia boards and roof decking. Drop clothes and plywood protectors were used wherever needed. Cleanup was very good and the whole job looks neat, straight and professional. Gutters were delayed by a day due to weather but I am very happy with that part of the job also. Everything looks straight and clean. I am very happy with the results.

My experience working with Nick is very smooth and pleasant. He did everything whatever he promised in his written estimate.
He never gave any chance for any complaint or disagreement. His work was very professional and prompt. While working he kept the place very organized and clean. No nails or flat tyres. After finishing the work ( Which was very fast) he visited the property
