"They were excellent . . . from Mark, who came out & gave us the estimate, to the team that did the work. The house & garage look great. They did the roof on our back deck also & they are the first company to finally get the leaking to stop. Over the 24 years we have lived here, we had 2 other companies replace the deck roof & assure us that it would not leak . . . it continued to leaked. Home Exteriors actually stopped all the leaks & the 2 system rolled roofing they applied looks spectacular. It blends right in with the house & garage. All the work was done in 1 day. We definitely recommend them. Five Stars all the way!!!"

"Found George Davis from Home Advisor, have worked with him and his team on several minor repairs over the last several years and a full roofing replacement about a year ago. From the start, George has been very prompt and courteous. He took the time to walk my wife and myself (first time home buyers) through the issues and options, with photos and clear explanations when needed. Never felt pressured to decide one way or another, and each time he completed the work promptly; never needed to call twice about an issue. Metal roofs are energy-efficient and have extended warranties, while asphalt shingles are less durable than most. They tend to lose color and get damaged over time, and absorb heat from the sun.

You can install a spray foam roof over shingles, but it may compromise the roof’s protective qualities or shorten its lifespan. Before installing a new roof, ask a qualified roofer if your existing roof needs to be removed before installing a spray foam roof so you ensure your home has quality, long-lasting protection. 

While you can technically install TPO roofing over an existing roof, it isn't always wise to do so. The more layers of material you add to your roof, the more weight it must support. You may also develop moisture issues by covering your existing roof with TPO. Your local building codes and regulations may actually require you to remove the existing roof before adding TPO, so check with your local municipality.
