They did the roof on our back deck also & they are the first company to finally get the leaking to stop. Over the 24 years we have lived here, we had 2 other companies replace the deck roof & assure us that it would not leak . . . it continued to leaked. Home Exteriors actually stopped all the leaks & the 2 system rolled roofing they applied looks spectacular. It blends right in with the house & garage. All the work was done in 1 day. Large price Differences. Do not give money up front. You don't wanna be chasing your own money in till you're satisfied with the performance. I estimate the material cost is only 25% of the overall installation. Labour overhead and profit makes up the rest. RESEARCH!"

"Very dedicated and meticulous work. I was messaged when they started work, and given an update pictures as they went along their progress. Including when they had to replace boards. This crew uses 2 x 12 x 8 boards, or plywood, depending on what you have. And at a reasonable rate. I have seen other roofing companies charge three times as much for OSB, so it is encouraging that they use lumber or plywood. After they were done, they went around the property with a fine tooth comb to pick up any nails from the roofing. First with a magnet, then by hand for anything the magnet missed. Our roof was done in May. Since that time, we have had several rain storms and tumultuous weather. We have had no leaks at all, and the roof still looks as good as the day it was installed."

They paid attention to detail and thoroughly cleaned up afterâ ¦. The only evidence they were here is my new roof!! Above and beyond , Jake painted my cupola prior to roof install so I didnâ t have to. After roof they installed new gutters with guards for leavesâ ¦.. My home looks brand new!"
