But the problem I thought I had (and assumed would be a more lengthy repair) only took 2 minutes to fix. The serviceman said because of the coupon deal they weren't willing to allow me to use the extra time at a different time. I found some other work for him but he was still only there an hour so not sure the deal was worth it.
