We’ve had several employees come out to take care of multiple issues you found weeks after the job had been completed. And even after fixing issues you were concerned with this is the review you left on Christmas Day. I’ve reached out to you multiple times to attempt to correct anything else you weren’t pleased with to no response and a bad review. I’ll continue reaching out to see if we can comprise on this. We’ve now reached out offering to replace and repair anything you’d like and you’ve insisted on money back after the jobs been completed however this is clearly in our contract where we do not do refunds of any kind. Upon completion we walk you through to verify the work is done to our standard and your liking or we don’t get paid. You paid and verified everything was to standard."
