When the men showed up for work they were timely and efficient. There was no cursing or smoking which was a big plus in my book! The owner told me that all of the workers have been drug tested. "J&M Custom provided an estimate with a very detailed description of the scope of work to be performed.  All work was satisfactory completed per the contract.  James Blom was great to work with.  He scheduled his work around my schedule. I'll note that I had complete trust in James; I had no problem letting him work while my wife and I were not home, something I ordinarily wouldn't allow.  There was additional work that needed to be done, such as repairing several sections of HVAC duct.  The cost of the change order was very reasonable.  James' work truck is a hardware store on wheels!  Once he's on the job site, he doesn't have to leave to pick up materials.  I feel fortunate to have discovered J&M Custom Construction.  They have my highest recommendation and I'll definitely be working with them again in the future."
