Best egress window pros near Springboro, OH

"The experience went very well. I had a very difficult time finding someone to install an egress window in my basement. The few I found who said they could do it were expensive, and I wasn't sure they knew what they were doing. Then I found The Basement Doctor. I set up an appointment and met Walt, their sales representative. He gave us a very thorough presentation and made me feel comfortable that The Basement Doctor had lots of experience in this work and would do a quality job. Their pricing was very competitive, so we hired them. They did the work exactly as promised, right on time and on budget. They were fast, respectful and cleaned up very nicely. We are very pleased with the window and would highly recommend them."

"Have had Tri-State do several projects. All have been done quickly and well. Latest was cutting an egress window into a concrete foundation for a lower level walkout. Tri-state had to coordinate several employees to do the job and it turned out great! Along the way they picked up a few smaller jobs and handled equally well. They make sure to do things the right way as well, which I appreciate."

"Great customer service, workmanship and effcient1"

"Service was excellent. They were able to take care of all my items and at a very reasonable price. Other companies charged even more and couldn't even do all the work I wanted. Really liked that they are multi faceted and able to accommodate all the work I needed to get done. Tom, the owner was also very personable and prompt in his communications. Would do business with them again."

"R&J Masonry was excellent! Fast, efficient and quality work. I needed repairs for a section of my driveway that had cracked and was sinking. R&J inspected the property immediately and fixed it within a day, answering my questions and going above and beyond. I’d recommend them for jobs of any size."

"I called Woody to discuss setting up an appointment to get concrete steps fixed and for his opinion to see if my driveway needed to be repaved as well.  He answered on the first call, which was great!  But when I told him what I wanted, he says that they are really busy.  He asked me if I needed it right away and I said I didn't, but am shopping for quotes.  He said with the weather and the rain, he is too busy with other jobs.  This was fine with me because I could cross him off my list and look at other companies.  I'm sure another company will be happy to take my money.

"James showed up on time and went above and beyond to make sure all of the doors were installed properly. Our home is older and had some quarks about it and James handled the issue professionally with no additional charges to us.

"They were very professional and efficient. They answered all my questions. Importantly, they left the area very clean. I will definitely use them again if I need crawl space or foundation work."

"Rep arrived on time, was personable.  Rep demonstrated windows, but during his pitch, he used terms like, "tell you what I'm going to do, for you, today, I'm going to give you this window for $".  I did not like the car-salesman approach.  The replacement window price was similar (a little less)  as other companies.  He also made bids on the roof and siding projects which weren't even in the ball park with the other six companies I had out (both were about $6,000 higher than the other companies chosen form Angies list).  I opted out.

UPDATE: 10/30/12:  Ref. the provider's response below:  This is inaccurate - there was no hazardous condition nor material involved with my project,  specifically, no "lead".    I had the job done for $6,500 less than the Window City bid.  Other than a steep roof, this was a relatively simple nail-over job."
