I was extremely pleased with my experience with Rhino Windows, beginning with the consultation to the completion of the project. John kept me informed as to when the windows arrived up to the date of installation. The install was done in one day. They did a great job from start to finish, protecting furniture and carpeting before the install and cleaning up along the way and after completion of the project. Before they left they instructed me on how to operate and clean them. I love my new windows.

We originally got several quotes from all the top window companies for window and door replacements including from Anderson and Rhino blew it away on their offer along with the presentation. We have about 40 windows that needed replacing, many of which were abnormal sizes which took some special orders. They took delivery and installed in a very realistic time even with supply chain issues. They did need to come back for 2 windows that didn't get shipped correctly with the right sizes but it was handled quickly. They also installed new doors and handled that in a timely manor. They did such a great job that we decided to also have our gutters replaced (which had leaking issues) by them as well and was done quickly. Overall great job on communication and work, and for the very small issues they were handled quickly and professionally for such a large job. I would 100% recommend them and will be using them again if there is any other work we need They havnt done yet!

Although the wrong windows were initially installed they made it right and came back and put the correct ones in very quickly. The installers were very efficient and polite. Overall it was a great experience with professionals.

I received a personal referral from friends on Facebook when I asked about needing all new windows. Rhino was rhe most responsive of all vendors I got quotes from. They have great customer service and their installers went above and beyond. We had a custom bay window made and it required special effort. All went well!

Also, had a door replaced. Workers, were very experienced & efficient. Very happy with every detail of work performed.
