While it took a while to get the estimate back (2 weeks) the appointment for work was set quickly, the workers (referred as technicians) were prompt and work diligently. All the work was performed as promised, each technician was very professional and they took the old air conditioner, sleeve and medicine cabinet with them. The work took 2.5 days and each day the work areas were left clean and neat. I have only one recommendation. I was emailed the estimate and signing it and returning via email and/or fax was tenuous at best. The recommendation - use DocuSign. I used this in several real estate transactions and it was seamless, quick and hassle free. Thanks for the great job, I'll be calling again with more projects!!"
