The independent contractor that they used was extremely knowledgable, friendly, courteous, and prompt.  He described everything in great detail and answered all of my questions.  Cleaned up afterwards and even showed me how to send in the warranty card.

I had a problem with the contractor who did the granite countertop, but the product itself was very nice. The installation did not go well. I called them and told them and they know that, but they didn't respond at all. The damage I was looking at is still damaged. The windows and doors were about $11,000 and the countertops were about $7,000. We thought the pricing was very good because we did look around. Their punctuality was very good. I would consider going to Home Depot, but I wouldn't want to use the same subcontractor.
