I initially agreed to purchase the product and placed deposit in October 2018. The final installation was competed on March 16, 2019. I was forced to take two days off from work for the install when the initial date was postponed due to breakage of material. I was sold on the product based on the pitch that it was a quality product that could be installed over my existing counters without much downtime or mess. One day, in and out is what I was told. It ended up being a two day install and a very disruptive and messy one at that. During the install the installers broke the counter material for a second time. When they came back, the granite top did not fit the counter and they were forced to begin hacking up my existing counters to make it fit. As you might imagine, this created a dust storm in the house that took my wife and I an entire day to clean We had to take everything off cabinets and shelves to clean. Every curtain on the lower floor had to be removed, washed and put back up. We found glue adhered to the curtains in the dining area and paint torn off the kitchen walls around the entire back splash. Furthermore, they killed the power to two of my electrical outlets. The owner to the company refused to correct the problem with the outlets even though his own installers admitted to using them during the install. After all said and done, the counters look reasonably nice; however, I ended up with two versus the one seam I had expected. Based on my experience, the inconvenience and additional labor and expense to me and my spouse, I would never recommend this company to anyone. The owner knows nothing of the term, "service recovery." Very disappointing!!!

On August 29, 2018 my wife and I had our kitchen counters transformed by Granite Transformation. From a distance it looked beautiful. That is where it ended. We paid extra for the backsplash with an inlay and this where the issues are. The inlay is not flush with the rest of the back splash. There are visible gaps between the backsplash and the inlay to the point where you can see the paint behind it. In addition to that the installed messed up the backsplash and there is a ¼ inch splice where he missed cut so instead of 1 seam there are three and when called about the issues he knew exactly what it was. Instead of saying there was a mistake and he needed another piece and would have to come back another day he tried to slide inferior work past us. Some of the inlay tiles are chipped where the installers had to cut them. This brings me to my next issue. They came out to make a template so our "custom" counter and backsplash could be produced at their production center. The backsplash appears to have been constructed in my garage due to the imperfections that we have found. In my opinion, the workmanship is shoddy, unacceptable and unprofessional. Then the next day after the work was completed my wife started the dishwasher and found out they forgot to turn the water back on, good thing she was home or our dishwasher would have been destroyed because of a burnt out motor. Since the install we have called the office three times and sent one email. The only person to call us back was the installer, we even asked in the email and the one of the phone calls for the owner to call us; he has yet to call or even reply to our email. We paid roughly $1,000 more for the back splash to complete the look and are now wondering if it was a bad decision on our part. On September 1, 2018 the installer came back out to look at our issues and indicated that the back splash sheets come in 10 foot lengths and that he would have a new accent panel installed along the back splash on Wednesday September 5 around 2 pm. He was going to have his apprentice come out and do the work. On Tuesday September 4 the owner finally called my wife to find out about our issues and to ask about the stopped payment. We later found out the backsplash accent had to be ordered and it would take a couple of weeks to get it in per their installer, Mike. September 15 I noticed some water under the sink and upon further exploration found the new garbage disposal they installed has been leaking and the cabinet is starting to deteriorate due to the water. We filled the sink with water to see where the leak was and then removed the plug and it was leaking from the connection between the disposal and the sink. When I checked the disposal, it fell off the sink. We had to call Mr. Rooter to come out and fix the issue. We wanted to make you aware of our issues with the product and workmanship and lack of professionalism so that the issues maybe avoided in the future. We also expect our job to be redone to our expectations. We paid for a professional job and unfortunately it was not a professional job.

We had sales person at our home for presentation, showed samples. Also went to showroom to see larger samples, and kitchen set-ups, sink samples, which we recommend. After deciding color, kitchen counters were measured. When granite composite tops were made, installers came, removed sink, faucet, garbage disposal. Prepped area, and installed new 60/40 undercounter sink, faucet, countertops, large counter in 3 pieces. Re-installed garbage disposal; new plumbing where needed. Kitchen left clean, and ready to use.

The process from start to finish went very well. The sales rep, Joe, came out to the house and gave us an estimate. The cost was almost $4,000 less than a competing bid. The materials in the cabinets are beautiful, but the most important part of this whole process was the installer, Don. Don's attention to detail boarders on obsessive! Real easy guy to work with and saying that he does "beautiful work," just doesn't seem to be enough. He let himself in the property and locked up when he left. The entire job took about a week. Cleanup was great. I know that regardless of how beautiful the materials may be, if they are not installed properly your project will be a disaster.

Due to an unforseen circumstance I contacted the company Granite Transformations and told them that I would not be able to pay the additional $4,500.00 for the services and I needed to 'cancel' the deal.
The Company Owner began to question me as to why I wanted to call of the deal, in which I told him it was non of his business. He then began to 'lecture' me about waiting till the 'last' minute to cancel.
I informed him that it was better to cancel than to have my checks bounce with the bank and then he would have to pursue the payment for the work through going to court because I didn't have it.
Several messages were left by me with the receptionist to have the financial assistant give me a call and non of my calls were returned.
I then called again on 12/14 and was told that my check would be issued by the financial person who was on on Tuesdays & Thursdays. And that if would have to be handled by her after 10:00am
I called onTuesday, in which the person that answered the phone proceeded to tell me that I wasn't going to get my $500.00 because the deal had to be canceled within 3 days of me signing the contract. At this point she claimed that the owner wasn't in, and I was insistent that I wanted to talk with him and was willing to come in if necessary. The worker on the phone began to go on and on as to why I wouldn't get my $500.00 back. I informed her that perhaps this is one of the reasons why your company isn't getting as much business lately because I was not informed by the original presentation in my home that I had 3 days to cancel the scheduled kitchen work that I had originally requested.
I then had a call from the company manager within 5 minutes telling me that I should have 'read the small print,' and it clearly states that if you cancel after 3 days it is up to the company as to whether or not you will get your initial payment. While I now realize about the small print, I feel that it is pretty 'shabby' to do that, especially with Christmas right around the corner and the $500.00 is so much needed.
As long as Granite Transformation has this clause, I would highly advise you to NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Unless you have $500.00 to throw away!

Everything went well from start to finish. They did quality work, they did a fantastic job of keeping the house clean while they worked, and they were very responsive when I brought an issue to their attention. They didn't need to follow up, however, since the issue resolved itself. Ultimately, I was very impressed with Granite Transformations, and I would highly recommend it.

I wasn't there for the installation process, but the person living there said the workers were very professional ,and cleaned up thoroughly. Countertop looks absolutely beautiful. When there was a slight problem with the sink, they came out right away and resolved the problem.
My only negative was the address on their work proposal was an old address, not their current one. So when I paid the balance, the envelope came back as no such address. Meanwhile the company was calling why I hadn't paid them. They should take the time to write the correct address on the bill/work order.

Salesman Dan was professional, helpful and knowledgeable; Mike the owner did the template for the counters and Ray, Jason and Ed did the install. The job went well, they cleaned up after themselves, were professional, worked as a team and left me with beautiful counter tops. I liked the fact that the product was green, recycled and done in a day. I would recommend highly .

We have a large amount of counter space. Our kitchen looks amazing! The techs, Ed and Mike, arrived on time each day. They answered any questions I had while they worked and they were very professional. They cleaned up after themselves, and, were very thorough. It was a very pleasant experience. I would highly recommend this company.

We wanted to replace the counter tops in two bathrooms, as well as in the kitchen. However, the total price estimate was about 6,750 and we felt we could not afford that much. So we opted to do just the kitchen, which was still a little high but we decided to do it anyway. The job was scheduled and everything was done on time. The workers were very punctual, professional and courteous. They did all of the material cutting in the garage so there was little dust/dirt in the house. The installation was completed in less than a day and we were pleased with the results.
Our only word of caution is to make certain you understand the pricing (try to get an itemized break down of material, labor, etc.). Otherwise you'll and quot;fall in loveand quot; with the product and process, and tend to overlook the price.

Installed large amount of square footage of granite countertops. A quote from another company said my kitchen would be torn up for over a week. Took 2 days and the mess was minimal. Really pleased with the final product. Unusual granite choice - but is terrific.

I saw an ad for Granite Transformations and called them in to give me an estimate on refinishing my counters. The current counters were laminate and wood, with a very warn wood butcher block island, and a very large breakfast bar / counter.
Jason and Mike came to give me my estimate they were extremely professional, polite and very respectful. They explained the process and showed me choices of granite color and finishing options. The estimate came in at about the same price as regular granite, however the process is faster and cleaner, and finished in one day.
I decided to use Granite Transformations after being very impressed by the professionalism of Jason, who made sure that every question was answered, and even gave some advice when picking a granite color. The same day after getting the estimate, I made an appointment for templets to be made two days later, by Mike who also came during the estimate. It took him about three to four hours to cut and design the templets to ensure the granite would be cut to the correct size. Mike informed me that I should book an appoint as soon as possible to have the granite installed because they were several weeks out based on work load. However to my surprise they were able to do the installation the following week!
Installation day came, I received a reminder phone call the day prior, instructing all counters be cleared off. The installers were right on time, again very polite, and professional. They kept me informed of what they were doing, and asked my input on any variables ( like where to put the sink faucet. They had me walk through the progress a couple of times during the day to ensure I was happy with the work they were doing ( which I was ). They started at 8am and finished around 2pm. They did need to cut a few edges of my original counters and do some slight cutting and grinding/polishing throughout the install, but it was minor. The crew cleaned up and made sure all appliances were back in proper placement.
The finished product looks great. its stronger than normal granite and will not stain or need to be treated. It is a thinner product than Granite, because it sits on top of your old counters, but they way its finished you really can't tell. All in all, in 10 days I went from making my first phone call to Granite Transformations to having new Granite counters that look great! I would be surprised if you can find service like that from a traditional installer.
I'm very happy with the company and would use them again.

It went very well. Their sales representative came to my house with various samples and supplied a quote for the full job of replacing my kitchen countertop. I stopped by their showroom to see a finished product, full size. I found all employees to be very courteous and professional. It was a pleasure to use them.

Our only concern was the schedule that was promised and the proposed schedule when I actually placed the order. When they understood I had a major event that we were scheduling around, the company found the resources to meet our need. Our general contractor was very impressed with the entire experience.

Jason, the owner was very professional at the consultation. He explained everything very thoroughly. There was a limited selection on countertop colors and finishes, but I only wanted neutral anyway. The appealing thing is that there is virtually no maintenance on this product. The installation was a little frustrating. There were a couple of things done that had not been done the way Jason and I had talked about. I ended up taking care of those things myself, using my handyman. Overall, I am happy with the product and the look.

We chose this company because of a previous positive experience when they refaced kitchen counters and backsplashes. This time our experience was just the opposite. It was absolutely the most disappoiinting waste of money we have ever experienced. The salesman was fine and he assured me that the rest of the house would be protected from the dust the sanding would create. He said that the two doorways from the kitchen would be covered with plastic sheets. They were not. We had saw dust all over the house. And that was just the beginning. The "installer" we found out had never done this on his own --- he had been a "helper". He was late every day, played loud annoying music, and never cleaned up. Rather than cut the refacing material in a rail and stile manner, he cut it so that there were obvious seams halfway up the body of the cabinets. When I questioned him he stated that they wouldn't show after he was finished. They're still obvious and very distracting. A carousel cabinet was not installed properly. The doors are too small and there is a wide space between the door and cabinet body. Two weeks after the installation both false fronts under the sink fell off as did the toe kicks under two of the cabinets. There was glue all over the wallpaper. When I complained to the manager all I got was a song and dance. Needless to say, our relationship with Granite Transformations is over.

The salesman was was very low key (no high pressure) and helpful in design choices. Everyone involved in the installation was prompt, courteous, and professional. They kept us informed regarding the work being done during every phase. They gave us a finish date which was kept. The sink and plumbing were done by a sub-contractor. They cleaned up every day. The entire installation took about 3 1/2 days. We were thrilled with the outcome

GT was prompt in scheduling a free estimate. They were willing to work with us on cost a little bit. Their product is wonderful, from the production aspect of it to the final aesthetics. There are some detailing limitations with the product that are disappointing but overall we are happy with the end result. Granite Transformations installed the product in a timely manner. They arrived on time and completed the job in just a few hours. There were a few install issues, particularly with the sink. Between the plumber, the GT sales rep and us, the problems were resolved within a week or so.
