"The entire process went incredibly well. I reached out to 5 of the highest-rated (per Angie's List) Owens Corning's Preferred Platinum Contractors. Jason (Bradford Xteriors' Owner) was the first to call me back and arrange a visit for a quote. (There were several I didn't hear back from at all.) Bradford Xteriors Inc. installed a new Owens Corning Flex shingles (hail-proof). The crew was already trained on the new product. The crew showed up on time, answered any questions I had and did a great job minimizing any mess during the project and cleaning the yard afterwards. During installation, Jason stopped in to make sure everything was progressing well. Afterwards, a quality assurance member came to survey the work done. Additionally, they replaced my gutters as well. Jason took care of working things out with my insurance company, as well. Overall, I was extremely pleased with their quality, care and the results!"

"Beautifully. I had another company install new tiles in the kitchen. They didn’t install them correctly. Jason took up all the tiles and cleaned up all the dirt and debris underneath that the previous company left. He re-used as many tiles as he could and installed them perfectly. He made sure that the tiles were locked in properly and made sure there was proper spacing between the walls and the tiles by using spacers. They cleaned as they went and made sure there was as little dust as possible since I have asthma. Very prompt. They did exactly what I wanted done. The floor turned out absolutely beautiful. "I called primarily because we had'nt used the insert in a few years and had gotten a wasp's nest in the chimney which was removed when we had the roof redone.  I wanted to find out if a screen could be put on top to stop wasps from getting in.  After being told they had had a 1 and 1/2 hour drive to get to me they could'nt do anything  but put on a new cap for 400 to 500 dollars which would make it worth their while for the trip.  They did'nt do a cleaning and were here for about 20 minutes.  It was a special they were running for a cleaning and inspection.

"The CHW Tech was unable to connect the air condition to the Nest thermostat because it was not registering but he was able to provide us with cool air until the previous HVAC company was able to come and fix the system the next day. I had to pay the CHW Tech for the entire service but was reimbursed by the original company that installed the furnace because they knew that this was their error."
