Brian Carroll was recommended by a friend and as soon as he took a look at the project, he knew how to fix it. We found out that there was a spring under our floor. Water was pouring out of it and coming up through the old concrete floor. Brian and his crew were able to fix this problem along with recommending several other things to do for long term maintenance, such as installing a sump pump. This was almost 2 years ago and we have had no problems with the floor at all. It is dry year round. We feel like the price was reasonable and no extra or hidden charges at all. "Everything went smoothly from the estimate of work we received  from Jerry to solve our problem right down to the crew that came to do the work. They arrived promptly and were very professional in their work. Sanders, the foreman, explained to us what work was being done and updated us as the work progressed putting in the drain tile, installing the weep hole cove protection and re-cementing the basement floor.  He was very professional in answering our questions about the work being performed. They were very cautious in covering up our things with plastic to protect against the "dust" when the concrete was removed to expose the floor for the drain tile and cleaned up very well when the work was completed - both in the basement and in the driveway.
