Did nice job on patio thats about it. Did not communicate with us unless my husband would call him. When we first called him seemed like everything was good. But then we did not hear from him until we contacted him. He told us he lost our paper work what we wanted done. When he finally did start job said they would be here at 8:00 am did not get here until 1:30 p.m. Then got frustrated trying to get our steps out stopped the job at 6:00 never said a word to us when he was coming back. Did not hear from him for a few days until he sent my husband a long text about he had personality challenges. Then said he never told us he do would do the steps which he did tell us twice and was no problem doing steps. He destroyed our neighbors and our front yard and then never came back to fix the front or backyard. When patio was done started to rain and they came back to cover patio with our pool solar cover which is now ruined. Being contractors think they would have the materials for when things happen with rain. To me very unprofessional.

He gave a low cost estimation for my concrete patio. However, he didn?t continue the project as he promised. He never discussed his plan about my project. Even when we try to understand, he was kind of reluctant. They selected a rain prone day and time for my project which ruined the quality of task. He and his crew used to come and go without saying a word with us. He promised to put dirts in my places , damaged by his bobcat. Still he didn?t do that. Every time I text him about this, he says he may come if vehicle is available. In addition, his crewmen didn?t clean the place or install my fence properly. I can?t close my fence door now.

The owner was very professional and easy to deal with. Came out as scheduled and finished the project in one day.

These guys was very punctual, professional, and reasonable! Super patient when myself and my wife changed things last minute and never one time asked me about payment until the very end! Every time I reached out the answered prayer got hack to me in a timely manner. They delivered on everything they said. I highly recommend them!!! My back yard (concrete slab) and driveway looks amazing!

We bought a laundromat and had a serious problem with water on the floor, like flooding water. We had no idea how it was getting in. Brian Carroll was recommended by a friend and as soon as he took a look at the project, he knew how to fix it. We found out that there was a spring under our floor. Water was pouring out of it and coming up through the old concrete floor. Brian and his crew were able to fix this problem along with recommending several other things to do for long term maintenance, such as installing a sump pump. This was almost 2 years ago and we have had no problems with the floor at all. It is dry year round. We feel like the price was reasonable and no extra or hidden charges at all. I would never hire anyone else for any concrete projects we have.

They were very conscientious and detail oriented and completed the work in as short a time as possible. They worked very hard to make sure the sidewalk (almost 1,200 feet long) was perfect, along with all finish work. Excellent craftsmanship.
