They are in the business for the long haul and not just to make a quick buck performing inferior work and heading off to another neighborhood. A local contractor is vested in the community and will take pride in the appearance of the community and their work. The employees typically live and work in the same area, and they invest in the local economy.

"I called Ace Maintenance for an estimate to seal our driveway and to fill any cracks. We had received 3 estimates from companies to do the work.. Their estimate was not the lowest but we heard good reviews. The sealing was completed on the day scheduled and looks great. We've had our driveway sealed many times before and this was as good or better !"
