"Initially I had Sal's come out (12/7/17) to fix my Aprilaire humidifier, the technician Phil was on time and a complete professional. He took to the time to not only fix my humidifier, but also completely go over my furnace and make sure it was in order for this cold winter. He explained everything he saw that was wrong and did additional work to fix the furnace. I was so pleased that I had another technician come out (12/22/17) and install a hot/cold outdoor frost free faucet. The technician Jerry was again completely professional and extremely particular about his work. I am very pleased with Sal's and plan to use their services again. I am a bit of a perfectionist and their technicians are also; I thoroughly enjoyed my experience."

"I called in to set up an appointment for heater maintenance.  A real person answers their phones, no automated voice w/ choices.  That's always nice.  They quickly handled getting an appt. time that worked with our schedule.  The service person showed up on time, was polite and completed their work in a timely manner.  As it turned out, they had forgotten to check our humidifier.  We called in, and they apologized and immediately sent someone out to check it out.  No problems.  After this, they came out for a maintenance check on the a/c unit.  Again, friendly service person who gave us some helpful info. on the life of our unit.

I needed 2 humidifiers installed and Matt (the owner) made it happen quickly and was very responsive. "I was looking for quotes for a new furnace since mine was over 20 years old and failed, so decided to have it replaced along with the matched central air conditioner unit. I got estimates from several heating and cooling companies but ultimately gave the job to RTT Heating and Cooling, LLC . "The provider arrived at the scheduled time and conducted a thorough cleaning of our air ducts and vents.  The provider also cleaned out the dryer duct and vent outside.  The provider was knowledgeable and shared some good tips to help maintain the ducts and HVAC system in general.  
What I was most impressed with was their responsiveness. We moved into our house the following day and the HVAC system had stopped working.  Cold air was being pumped in, but it was not distributing.  Naturally, we thought it was something that happened during the duct repair.  By Monday evening (Labor Day), the HVAC unit was icing over.  we called Lowe's to see if they could come out and fix the issue.  First thing Tuesday morning, we received a call from Lowe's asking how they could help.  They sent another representative out that day to look things over.  They could not find anything wrong, suspected it may be the actual unit.  We called the unit's installer and they came out on Wednesday.  They suspected a possible issue with the unit, but said the problem was still in the ducts.  We called Lowe's back again, and they came out that night, well after business hours.  They arrived with an entire crew and went through everything again.  Still, no problem.  The HVAC installer finally made it back out again on Friday and resolved the issue with the unit, not the ducts.  
We felt really bad having Lowe's come out not once but twice that week, but it just demonstrates their customer service.  I would highly recommend to anyone looking for this kind of service.
