Dave was professional and very knowledgeable. He was here when he said he would be, ordered the parts I needed for my Samsung washer, and was back a day later to fix it. I will definitely use him again for any appliance repairs!

Dave was our technician. He was quick to take our job. He make an assessment of the problem and proceeded with the repair. Parts had to be ordered, but when he returned the work was completed in a reasonable time. Dave was personable and professional.

Kitchen pipes burst and flooded kitchen. Dave and Heather were prompt, turned off the water and examined dishwasher which was the problem. Part has been ordered. They did an excellent job of cleaning up, even moving fridge! Very pleased.
