I dropped the ring off on Tuesday.  They said it would be ready Friday.  I came in Friday around noon and the ring was ready and looked great.  They also pointed out some additional areas that needed work before I lost another stone so I will be taking back once I decide on a good time to take it in.

All in all I am very happy with the work.

"They were very professional and came out promptly for an estimate.  Based on other research we had done, we felt that their estimate was fair.  I had no problem scheduling the work and they showed up on time.  The work was done quickly and professionally.  My only complaint was that the plastic barrier began to come down overnight and I had to re-tape.  That was due to some sloppy taping, so I was not thrilled about that.  Otherwise the quality of work was very good.  I would use them again.

"Overall, it was an excellent experience under the circumstances of a flooded basement. They came on time, removed the wet carpeting and set up all the fans to dry out basement.  They returned each day to check on them and when it was all done cleared out everything and left it as good as possible.  They were so nice and punctual.  I recommend them highly.

"I can’t say enough good things about Anthony and dependable carpet cleaning. We started using Anthony as a referral from my own mom. We have been using them for at least 5 years and we wouldn’t think of using anyone else. He comes to the house and does all of our carpets and couches at least twice a year. We have two little girls and a husky who sheds so our carpets need Anthony. He makes sure to do a great job every time and the prices are very fair. I feel Lucky because we get him almost every time and he makes sure the job is done right. This past year not only did dependable carpet cleaning do our carpets and upholstery but they power washed our house and deck in the spring. They did a good job and were very well priced."

"I had a huge area that I wanted tiled.  When Kevin knew how eager I was to get it done as soon as possible he sent someone over the next day.  They worked really hard for another week and finished yesterday evening.  It is just beautiful.  Our house is very old and when there were things that couldn?t stand up to the wear and tear of a renovation his team fixed all the things back to a working condition.  Kevin is very pleasant to work with as are his employees.  If there was something I thought needed attention he was very approachable.  For example I asked that the cord around be finished with two different tones of Minwax for a more natural look.  I wouldn?t have had this tile If I hadn?t used Teppo Wholesale Interiors.
