"first I normally wouldn't respond but everything in that Mrs [Member Name Removed] said it's untrue this has been it was very difficult from the start we completed the work on the inside we didn't damage an heirloom my guys did not damage in heirloom because we didn't even move her stuff all we did was put plastic on it and then one day she comes to me after she moves it off the table and says that there's a hole in it well we didn't even take the picture off the wall we didn't move any of her furniture she moved it herself second of all as far as the exterior is concerned we power washed the exterior we we masked most of the windows she wouldn't allow us to mask them all because she wanted the sunlight to come in and then it rained for two weeks on and off I delivered paint to Mrs [Member Name Removed] 500 worth of paint to start the exterior and then mother's Day weekend came up and my son was sick because he's getting his back molars in I proceeded to tell Mrs [Member Name Removed] about my son not feeling well and that my wife wasn't available she was with her mom because it was mother's Day and she told me she didn't care about my son being sick and that was my problem so I didn't know what to say to her after that so we got off the phone and then she calls me back and said she wanted to cancel the contract and she wanted her money back which is fine. but [Member Name Removed] has to paint that I already got tinted [Member Name Removed] has not returned my 24-foot extension ladder and [Member Name Removed] wants everything for free and not only that [Member Name Removed] is on fentanyl coming off high doses of fentanyl and yes it's prescribed but still when you're coming off a drug like that you become hostile so I put myself in my crew in a hostile environment we didn't quit [Member Name Removed] she quit us"

"I was never rude to [Member Name Removed], she was just never happy, we did everything we could to please and nothing worked, we even went out on a Sunday to address her issues. and she said she was happy. we were out in the summer and painted her ceilings and laundry room along with the bathroom, when we returned for the second phase she had someone take her vanity off the and her handrail off the wall in bathroom and told me that these things were missed from the first time and that we needed to fix those issues, and that included mudding and sanding patches that weren't there from the 1st phase of the job. and she told me everything looked great after we addressed her issues, and now she writes a bad review. I guess all money isn't good money."
