"Had to get the chimney cleaned from years of the top cap being blown off and broken. Don't think anything was cleaned since the house was built but I don't use the fireplace. Anyways, Myke is very polite and fair with pricing and service. His wife is the receptionist and is exceptionally nice to work with and flexible for appointments. Myke ended up cleaning out a bunch of dead animals which fell in when the cap was off and also cleaned out a bunch of other junk from the environment. He laid down a huge quilt before even opening the fireplace and made sure he had cleaning stuff and a bucket handy at all times to catch debris and critters. Very good cleanup job where you wouldn't even know someone was over. Overall my fireplace was not in bad shape, but Myke did make some recommendations for external repairs for the condo association repair people which helped to greatly reduce the rain drippings I would normally hear in the fireplace. Fantastic business and genuinely helps with getting best value for dollar."

"FINALLY A SERVICE COMPANY YOU CAN TRUST!! A few weeks ago my 80 year old mother called ANOTHER company to inspect her chimney. They told her that there were gaps between her tiles and that the only solution was to install a steel liner which she was quoted 7000 for. They tried to scare my mother into saying it was unsafe for her to use her fireplace and she needed to have the work done asap. This was suspicious to me as it did not make sense to have a liner installed if the tiles themselves were still in good condition. Thankfully I decided to get another opinion. I ended up calling Riaz chimney and the tech told me that all my mother needed was something called heatshield to be applied between the gaps and it would be a fraction of the cost. They came out that week and were amazing! Not only did they fix my mothers chimney but they saved her from being scammed out of THOUSANDS of dollars. I 100% recommend them to anyone and shame on these other companies trying to scam the elderly!"

"I had two previous repair men and they didn’t go through the entire system like Stan did. He found that there was 3 sensors could have been an issue and he found the one was frozen. After deicing it he found that it was bad. He replaced it and spent as much time as was needed to repair the problem. The other two tried one thing and they both failed although the one did clean the coils as a measure. Stan was very professional and even called to discuss the issue with another technician. I would definitely recommend him to others"
