"Robert arrived right on time to complete the job. He was very professional and provided a lot of great information for a first-time wood burning fireplace owner. Very courteous, considerate and clean. The inspection and cleaning took about an hour. I plan on using QPS each time I need any work done on my chimney."

He also prompted made some repairs to ensure animals are not getting into the chimney. In addition provided details on repairs needed to ensure safety and structural integrity of the fireplaces. "They were great! They came in next day and mounted my TV (65in) over the fireplace within an hour. My mount was the MantleMount 540 - a pretty complicated one. They quickly learned it and got it up there efficiently and effectively. Plus, they made sure to check different specifications of mine to make sure I wanted certain aspects, positioning, etc. All around great job - worth every penny. Thanks guys!"
