"The young lady that scheduled the visit was exceptional. She was friendly and accommodating. Work was completed. The fellas were respectful, engaging, and highly knowledgeable. They took time to explain things in laymen terms and demonstrated how to operate each fireplace. For a beginner like me I was overjoyed to have the direction. They even offered to come back in the Fall to show me again how to operate the fireplaces. Exceptional service! I requested for them to put me on their list next May to complete more work."

"They were great! They came in next day and mounted my TV (65in) over the fireplace within an hour. My mount was the MantleMount 540 - a pretty complicated one. They quickly learned it and got it up there efficiently and effectively.
