"The young lady that scheduled the visit was exceptional. She was friendly and accommodating. Work was completed. The fellas were respectful, engaging, and highly knowledgeable. They took time to explain things in laymen terms and demonstrated how to operate each fireplace. For a beginner like me I was overjoyed to have the direction.
