Total Home Roofing

Everything seemed to go just fine and the work was completed and we were satisfied with it. We noticed some water damage on our garage ceiling so I went into the attic above the garage and saw that there is some leaking from the roof that is causing the water damage to our garage ceiling. The ceiling itself is not leaking, but you can clearly see the damage and it is causing it to peel as well. Just trying to get it fixed so we have no more leaking.

The roof is leaking and I am unable to get help from the contractor.

My roof looks great, however, there was a couple things damaged on the ground that I was not told about BEFORE the contractors left. I texted and sent pictures to my salesman and was told that he would forward the message to a guy named JB. The job was done over a month ago. I have yet to hear from WeatherTech in regards to the damages done. Initial customer service rep was fine. The follow-up customer service is terrible! I paid in full BEFORE the job even started. I was told by JB (AFTER the job was done); there was no need for him to drive up from the Cincinnati area because I had paid in FULL. Looks like to me, there is no overall check in person with the customer/project to insure complete satisfaction and no damages done once job is completed.

Did not follow up, are not responsive, the people doing the work they are very clean, they do a good work I was very happy with them, it is the back office the project coordinator the ones that do not respond and overcharged my card.
