Their price includes everything and there are no "hidden" costs or gimmicks. The room is well-insulated with real windows and the HVAC unit keeps it plenty warm in the winter for true year-round use. It never was. I also had a technical question so I called them. They put me though to the specialist but I had to leave a message. They never called me back."
