Their price includes everything and there are no "hidden" costs or gimmicks. The room is well-insulated with real windows and the HVAC unit keeps it plenty warm in the winter for true year-round use. We had some delays in construction because of COVID, but any time there was a problem Mark addressed it immediately and made sure we were satisfied. I would highly recommend the Patio Room Factory!"

I was able to get it scheduled the following week. He and the crew showed up on time in the morning and worked all day. My back yard was a mess and over grown. They cleaned out all of my beds, weeded, trimmed bushes, removed dead plants, transplanted some Hostas and mulched. In the 5 years I have been here it hasn’t looked this nice! Tony mentioned they may have to step on some of my flower beds during construction and if that was OK to which I agreed. He protected my lawn with wooden panel boards to make a pathway from the street to the backyard patio for his motorized "BobCat" equipment, etc. He shielded my air conditioning unit by the patio to protect it from dust and small debris. The job took three days because of rain delays. They cleaned up the work area at the end of every work day. I would use them again and highly recommend them."
