As it turned out, we replaced the screens, added a better functioning door with a kitty door for our cat. That was an added feature I didn't think of but was grateful for the suggestion. Patio Room Factory worked within our budget. Mark would check back from time to time to see how we are getting along. We love our porch, and it has become an extension of our living room. They did everything with excellence. They put concrete under the border wall. They broke up an old concrete patio and repoured it correctly with good stones and rebar. It all looks so beautiful and was done with integrity. They were very polite."
