"We worked with Rich Cassidy of Southern Grove to design and build new patio for our home. I provided him with our ideas and as this is our first home & patio we were very pleased to receive honest feedback and ideas from him on how to make the design even better. Throughout the design and estimate process he was very prompt in his responses to questions and giving us an estimate. His son Brian led the work on building out the patio and we were very impressed by his quality of work. Our patio design included a rectangular paver patio with built-in grill area, stone bench, and cedar plank bench along with a circular area surrounded by a seating wall. He gave his ideas on design and finishing as he went and at every turn we loved his creative ideas - we were really looking for something that would be differentiated and he delivered! He did this work with NO damage to the lawn/sod around the patio - we felt they truly cared for how they did the work, taking the time to make sure it was done right and no corners were cut. In addition to the hardscaping, they did landscaping around the patio and planted a maple tree along the side of our home. I was impressed with Rich's knowledge of what types of plants would complement the patio and provide shade/privacy down the line. When the project was finished there were no surprises versus his estimate - the invoice was right in line with our expectations. We are in love with our new outdoor space and have already received many compliments from friends, family, and neighbors! We will go to Southern Grove first in the future if we have other landscaping needs!"

"I could not have had a better experience than I had with Miller Landscapes. Ron, the owner, was responsive, on time, professional, and did what he said he would do, at the price he initially quoted. I originally had his team out to add trees along our fence for privacy. We added the mulching job a couple of days before he came. His team was also professional, cleaned up as they worked and worked quickly yet did a very thorough job. I even saw them bowing the debris off the street as they worked so that they weren't making a mess. I hung around and came outside from time to time and they were always friendly and courteous. Better yet, they did our trees in May 2016, and as of now (August) our trees look healthy and strong and already have grown. We were so happy with that job, that we asked them to come out again and add a front patio with flower bed around it. Due to our budget, we asked them to simply prep the flower bed (and I came in after they were finished and planted a few things), and Ron was totally fine with doing that for us. It was a big job, I know we could not have done it. They dug in deep so those pavers aren't going to budge. It was fun having Aaron, a Miller employee, show me different designs with the pavers, and then picking out our design on the spot. Again, on this job, as on the first, Ron's team was curteous, professional and friendly. I had asked Ron to let me know in advance when they would be there because I have four dogs and wanted to be home while it was done so my dogs didn't freak out about strangers on our property. He did this for us, which made the process logistically easy on my end, and less stressful. The second job took a little longer than he originally thought, but they came every day and worked hard continuously, and since I periodically was watching what they were doing I got to see just how thorough and meticulous they were in laying our pavers. It was wonderful! I highly recommend Miller Landscapes to anyone who wants to make their yard more beautiful. You will not be disappointed."

They did everything with excellence. They put concrete under the border wall. They broke up an old concrete patio and repoured it correctly with good stones and rebar. "The concrete patio size was 14'x16' with steps to enter the house. The cost was competitive at $5,500 and the company had excellent reviews. Everything went very well. Tony Marchi, the owner, and his crew of three were very professional and the end result produced a very well made concrete patio. They were friendly, informative, and easy to talk with. Tony mentioned they may have to step on some of my flower beds during construction and if that was OK to which I agreed. He protected my lawn with wooden panel boards to make a pathway from the street to the backyard patio for his motorized "BobCat" equipment, etc. He shielded my air conditioning unit by the patio to protect it from dust and small debris. The job took three days because of rain delays. They cleaned up the work area at the end of every work day. I would use them again and highly recommend them."
