However, before Eduardo even started the job he communicated what would be expected. I shared pictures with him so he could calculate what the job would entail. The construction started a day early and Bryan was expert--I mean super expert having built decks for over 20 years. The process involved questions and few minor changes (no skirting, 4ft steps, and partial privacy wall adjustment). All interactions with Bryan with questions were so positive and options given so that I would be happy with the end result. Bryan said this and meant it.
