Our concrete projects start at $4,500. Residential and commercial concrete, paver, pool and outdoor living contractor. We do not resurface. We remove asphalt, concrete, or pavers and replace with concrete or pavers. We do concrete or paver driveways, approaches, aprons, gutters, curbs, garage floors, basement floors, patios, concrete floors, sidewalks, steps, slabs, porches, stoops, walls, ADA ramps, concrete coloring and stamping, footers, and exposed aggregate. We do Commercial Concrete and Concrete Flatwork, any kind of paver flatwork, paver walls, and swimming pools.
Services we don't offer
We do not install or repair asphalt. We do not resurface or reseal. We do not patch. We do not charge less than $4,500.

Concrete Repair
I posted this review and received a derogatory response from the company. I am reposting it with the information to validate that I was a customer of this company in October of 2014. I also provided photos in my original post of the things that I mentioned in the review. Flavio Pinheiro would never show up when he promised. The job kept getting delayed. All throughout this experience, he kept taking jobs out of state, and also claiming illnesses, to the detriment of my job. I travel for work, and can't be on top of these projects 24/7. They never finished the job, they did the mow strip incorrectly, and they left trash, chunks of concrete, and lawn damage behind. I finally had to have someone else come and finish it, costing me an additional $1500. They used some of my landscape trim to form the borders for the concrete pour, instead of creating themfrom their own supplies, promising that it would be easy to clean up. It wasn't, and the trim was no longer usable. He hired a Customer Service person, but that panned out to be worthless. I would not recommend this con artist to do anything in my yard ever again. As to the comment left from the company on my original review, I did indeed have a contract with Maxima Concrete, when Flavio Pinheiro was the owner. It may have changed hands since then, but the truth still stands for what I had to go through in October of 2014. I have attached a copy of the contract I had (with personal information blocked out) to prove it. The date of service for this contract was not accurate as posted, but this site does not allow for changes to that field. The site takes the date of the review as the date of the work done.

We hired Maxima Concrete after getting 3 estimates, they were competitively priced, and we saw the patio and walkway project they did for my sister last year and that turned out great. Tom the estimator had great input on what we had in mind. Jacquie in the office was friendly and very helpful answering questions as needed. Tear out and form setup was on July 16th a Friday. There was an issue with the forms for the new siting area off the porch. I called on Saturday morning at 8 AM leaving a voice message with Jacquie and not really expecting a response till Monday morning. Within 3 hours Flavio, the owner, came out and he saw what I was talking about and promised a crew would be out early Monday to correct it. At 7:45 Monday morning the crew came out and corrected the issue to our complete satisfaction. The following day the concrete was poured as scheduled. The whole project turned out great and looks FANTASTIC, exceeding our expectations!! We have had numerous compliments by neighbors. Both crews; the tear out & form placement crew and the concrete pouring crew, showed up as scheduled, were professional, performed outstanding workmanship and left the work area clean upon work completion.

Concrete Repair
Quality of work was decent except for a pouring/finish issue in one area and overall poor sealant coverage. I made multiple requests (phone call and text messages) for a service call to fix issues but no resolution. I was told they would send someone out to resolve but no show. I was giving them time to make it right before providing my review; however, it's been several months with no action. I would not recommend Maxima Concrete based on my experience.

Since the problems described were not structural, the customer had to wait to put them back in our queue for a service visit. Sometimes this process takes quite a bit of time due to the extremely busy time of year when this occurred. We strive to be timely and communicate accurately, but at times fall short of that goal.
