"I needed new gutters and new facia boards installed. I also had additional splash guards and leaf guards installed. Their team was very efficient at installing the gutters and they work as well as I hoped. I have very obviously rotten wood in two areas behind the gutters. I had discussed this with both the person that came out to quote the job in advance, and with the crew lead before they started work, and a 2nd time with the crew lead as they were putting up the gutters later in the day. One of the rotten pieces is in the middle of a 30 foot run of gutters. I called one of the managers after the gutters were installed, and they sent a single person to try to correct this issue. The service tech was able to repair the rotten wood after the multiple trips."

"Company was great from start to finish. I had great communication with them along the way and they came out a couple times before we decided on what type of deck to accommodate both my wife and I’s time tables. The project was supposed to start about 2 weeks out from when we signed the contract but they called us and asked if they could do it earlier which was even better so they came out in less than a week and did the job. It turned out great. The deck looks awesome, the sunroom finally matches the house color and the new windows to the basement are secure. I’d hire them again."

He kept me informed as to date and time of arrival, was very detailed as to his views of how to proceed, was focused on quality of work. I found him to be very unusual in the above comments because he did what he said he would do when he said he would do it and his work was impeccable. He's a good guy."

"The owner came out, my wife told him want type of trees, hedges etc. The price was well within my budget. The day of installation. The crew came out, did what needed to be done. A couple of hours later, we have a beautiful yard."

"You're, you're not getting out of this contract. We're keeping your five thousand dollars. Yeah, it's what's more or less you either, let us come or you'll lose five thousand dollars. She said she was very arrogant. She said, well, you've signed the contract? Why did you sign a contract? If you weren't sure. And I said, because we were trying to be decent people. And I called in, and I was told that this gentleman that's the way he was supposed to just be quiet and let them come. It's been a big puzzle the whole time. And now they're saying that I waited too long. I didn't, I called, I called before yesterday. I called two or three times. And I talked to someone that I thought would be Jessica. Seems to be very nice and curious. And she seemed, The conscience about her job. But today I couldn't even get her on the phone. They said that she wasn't about Queue and I couldn't even talk to the manager or the the CEO or the owner. I don't know what has qualifications are. That they said he he wasn't answering his phone. And that I I but they did have another girl that I have never talked to and she was. She just basically said, hey lady, U sinus contract. And we've we've scheduled and I said, I know you scheduled that I've called since it was scheduled to ask. Questions and I said, I haven't been able to get any answers. And, she basically said, well, Too bad. We're keeping the money. And she also added before she hung up. And you're going to have to pay this whole amount, whether we do the work or not. In other words, it was a threat. That they were going to take us to court. I said you are entirely not. Allowed to spike, speak to me that way. Maybe your company lets you. But if you were in my, if you worked for my company, you would have been fired right now. My arrogant way that you talk to me."

"We hired Shawn and his crew to do a driveway extension and patio. Before I get into the details their work is good, looks great. Let's talk about all the issues. The crew was very disrespectful to our neighbors and us. They were eating lunch and were throwing chicken bones on our yard. Not good for people with dogs, we asked them to please not do that, and the foreman made them pick them up. They then decided to hide the trash in with the excess dirt and dump it on the border of my neighbor's yard and ours. One of Shawn's foremen and myself walked and picked up the trash through the dirt and other trash left in our yard, plus a few tools they had left. The crew also went to the neighbors on the other side of us and used their hose. They broke some vinyl siding, and cemented our shed skirting shut. Shawn has a good heart; he did send his foreman out to fix everything and is supposed to make good with the damages. He said he is dropping off a check this morning, I guess we'll wait & see"
