Andy, (the technician for Zoned Comfort) arrived at the time promised and immediately began to diagnose the problem with my air-conditioning unit. He explained all he was doing as he worked. He is a diligent professional with great courtesy, a pleasant demeanor and one who is a great representative for Zoned Comfort. He wasted no time getting the work done efficiently and effectively. He made sure the job was done to his satisfaction, and mine. I would recommend Zoned Comfort Heating and Cooling to anyone needing such service. When I replace my "ancient unit" I plan to call on Zoned Comfort for this service also."
